What You'll Do

• Design and develop smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure, and decentralized applications.
• Build and maintain cross-chain bridges, messaging protocols, and interoperability solutions.
• Design and implement DeFi protocols, including DEXs, liquidity systems, yield-generating products, lending protocols, and vault strategies.
• Develop backend services and blockchain integrations using Rust, Golang, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design secure, scalable, and efficient protocol architectures.
• Perform smart contract reviews, testing, and security-focused development.
• Optimize protocol performance, transaction efficiency, and gas costs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of blockchain development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Rust and Golang.
• Experience developing and deploying Solidity smart contracts in production.
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocol architecture and token economics.
• Hands-on experience building or contributing to DEXs, yield protocols, staking systems, or lending platforms.
• Experience working with cross-chain bridges, interoperability protocols, or messaging frameworks.
• Strong understanding of blockchain security best practices and common attack vectors.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern development tooling.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks, deployment pipelines, and protocol monitoring.
