- Qualify leads and determine their needs, challenges, and decision-making process.
- Schedule appointments and discovery calls for senior team members.
- Follow up with prospects through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and lead status in CRM systems.
- Meet daily and weekly outreach activity goals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback from prospects to help refine our services and messaging.
Requirements
- Native or bilingual English speaker with clear and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls.
