What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data infrastructure.
• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources.
• Develop machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for real-world business problems.
• Work with modern AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG systems, and AI agents.
• Create data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that drive business decisions.
• Improve data quality, reliability, and accessibility across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Research and evaluate emerging technologies in data engineering, machine learning, and AI.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and data workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Knowledge of machine learning fundamentals and data analysis techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
