EngrewLabs is looking for a Sales / Growth Lead to help us find clients, grow our business, and scale our AI products. You’ll work closely with the technical team to understand our offerings and connect them with the right companies and opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Identify potential clients and growth opportunities for AI products
• Conduct outreach on platforms like LinkedIn, email, and industry communities
• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
• Collaborate with the technical team to present solutions and demos
• Help define pricing, proposals, and contracts
• Track metrics and optimize growth strategies

Requirements

• Experience in sales, business development, or growth roles (tech or AI experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable in a startup, fast-moving environment
• Ability to learn technical products quickly and translate them into business value

Nice to Have

• Experience selling AI, software, or SaaS solutions
• Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or technical products
• Existing network in tech, startups, or AI communities
